Operations (Project Services) Lead

Triumph Power and Gas Systems Limited is seeking an experienced Operations (Project Services) Lead to oversee project execution, governance, and commercial delivery in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria.

Who can apply

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum Engineering, or related field (Second Class Upper or equivalent)
• Experience: Minimum six (6) years post-graduation, with at least four (4) years in the oil and gas sector
• Leadership: Proven experience at Project Manager level or above
• Certifications: PMP Certification (or equivalent like PRINCE2, PgMP) required
• Registration: COREN Registration as a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (or equivalent for other disciplines)

What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day project execution and customer-delivery oversight across OEM engagements
• Drive end-to-end proposal development from RFQ to customer submission
• Own contracts management including T&Cs, variation orders, claims, and termination clauses
• Provide technical, commercial, and project oversight to Project Managers
• Manage OEM and channel-partner interfaces (PFI review, logistics, FAT participation)
• Coordinate supply-chain interfaces with Finance and Logistics on live projects
• Own departmental reporting cadence (Pre-Meet Brief, Ops MOM, KPI roll-ups)
• Drive project close-out including invoicing, milestone certification, and warranty handover
• Develop and coach the Operations Delivery team on TPG SOPs and ISO 9001:2015 standards
• Represent TPG in customer, OEM, and supplier meetings
