Who can apply

• Juriste: Bac+3 in Labour, Business, Commercial, or Contract Law and 3 years’ experience.
• Contrôleur Permanent: Bac+3 in Control, Audit, Accounting, Finance, or Management and 3 years’ experience.
• Comptable: Bac+2 in Accounting, Finance, Audit and 2 years’ experience; must know EMF accounting software and EMF Chart of Accounts.
• Fiscaliste: Bac+3 in Taxation and 3 years’ experience.
• Responsable d’Exploitation: Bac+3 in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Banking & Insurance and 3 years’ experience.

What you'll do

• Juriste: legal watch, pre-litigation and litigation files, contract management, risk prevention, drafting acts and conventions, collaboration with lawyers and notaries.
• Contrôleur Permanent: internal procedure compliance, control effectiveness, verification missions, risk management, audit follow-up, reporting, financial statement compliance.
• Comptable: recording transactions, archiving documents, bank reconciliations, controlling entries, producing financial statements, regulatory and tax reporting, cash-flow monitoring.
• Fiscaliste: tax administration relations, preparing tax returns, ensuring tax payments, participating in tax audits, regulatory watch, tax optimization strategies, formalizing tax procedures.
• Responsable d’Exploitation: implementing commercial strategy, managing operational teams, developing client portfolio, tracking performance indicators, competitive watch, optimizing credit and savings processes, producing activity reports.
