Bridgemead Consulting is seeking a Group Company Secretary & Head, Corporate Governance to lead corporate governance and board affairs functions at its Corporate Headquarters in Lagos State.

Who can apply

• Candidates must possess:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B), Business Administration, Corporate Governance, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 12–15 years of relevant professional experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in corporate governance, board affairs, or company secretarial leadership.
  • Experience within a manufacturing, mining, energy, financial services, conglomerate, or multinational environment.
• A Master's Degree (LL.M, MBA, MSc Corporate Governance, or related field) is highly preferred.
• Professional certification such as ICSAN/CGP, NBA, IoD, CCGP, or equivalent is required.

What you'll do

• Lead corporate governance initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee board affairs, including preparation, documentation, and execution of board meetings.
• Provide strategic guidance on governance best practices and corporate secretarial functions.
