Mudiame University is recruiting a Deputy Registrar to oversee the daily operations of the University Registry and shape institutional policy in Irrua, Nigeria.

Who can apply

• A holder of a good honours B.A/B.Ed/B.Sc./B.Tech degree in related disciplines from a recognized university with a minimum of Second Lower Division
• Possession of a Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources with experience in a tertiary institution is an advantage
• Minimum of eight (8) years relevant post-qualification work experience
• Must be computer literate with membership of registered professional bodies
• Must have occupied the position of at least Assistant Registrar or its equivalent in a university for at least three years
• Must not be older than 55 years at the date of assumption of duty

What you'll do

• Direct the daily operations of the University Registry
• Develop and recommend university policies and procedures; may serve on university planning and policy-making committees
• Collect, record, maintain, and report student records (grades, registration data, transcripts, and other associated audits)
• Ensure efficient and effective workflow
• Provide leadership and develop recommendations for the implementation of related technology applications to support enhanced services offered through Registration and Records
