What you'll do

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities for office and pharmacy branches.
• Supervise support staff (janitors, security personnel, office assistants) including attendance and schedules.
• Monitor facility conditions and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Liaise with vendors for cleaning, security, and maintenance services.
• Procure and monitor office and operational supplies.
• Coordinate management and staff meetings, including preparing minutes and follow-up actions.
• Maintain administrative records related to facility operations and vendor services.
• Support staff welfare coordination, interviews, and new hire logistics.
• Assist with workplace safety compliance and company policies.
