Tupande Zone Supervisor - Rift

One Acre Fund’s Kenya brand Tupande is seeking a Zone Supervisor to lead sales and operations in the Rift region.

• Degree or Diploma in any related field
• 3+ years of experience in a sales, partner or channel manager role
• Knowledge of data analysis and inventory management
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel
• Ability to work in a team and think strategically

What you'll do

• Achieve sales, repayment and impact targets for your zone
• Manage multiple channel performance and serve as the primary contact for zonal performance
• Provide technical support and training to Duka Assistants and Field Agents
• Define and manage task planning for Duka Assistants and Tupande Agents
• Oversee the management of the tree nursery in the zone
• Oversee inventory ordering, data entry and merchandising
• Oversee the control environment at the Duka
• Build your team through hiring, training and performance management
• Support planning and implementation of promotion programs for your zone
• Assist customers in understanding their needs and create sales opportunities
