  • Coordinate with Carbonization Operators, Maintenance Officers, Forklift Operators, Lab Analysts, and Control Room Operators
  • Manage staggered breaks to ensure continuous line coverage
  • Conduct shift handover including PLC parameter review, equipment condition sign-off, and outstanding issues
  • Supervise packaging tasks: bagging, weighing, sealing, and batch ID labeling
  • Coach and develop team members; escalate performance or capability gaps
  • Act as on-shift safety steward, ensuring PPE compliance and addressing unsafe behavior
  • Provide accurate per-shift data to the MRV Coordinator for compilation
