Who can apply

• Bookkeeper: Grade 12, degree in accounting/finance preferred, 2 years’ bookkeeping experience, proficiency in SAP and MS Office
• Financial Administrator: Grade 12, 3 years’ creditors-reconciliation experience in a retail environment, proficiency in SAP and MS Office/Google Suite
• Remuneration Administrator: Grade 12, 2–3 years’ payroll experience including employee benefits, proficiency in VIP Payroll and SAP (HCM)
• Fleet Controller: Experience in fleet operations, knowledge of relevant legislation and fleet management systems
• Service Centre Clerk: Grade 12, 2–3 years’ general Supply Chain experience

What you'll do

• Bookkeeper: Process transactions, maintain general ledger, prepare financial statements, manage payables/receivables, reconcile bank statements, assist with budgeting and audits
• Financial Administrator: Match invoices to orders, capture invoices/credit notes in SAP, reconcile supplier statements, ensure SARS-compliant tax invoices, obtain pre-approval before SAP processing
• Remuneration Administrator: Process payroll, manage new-starter/termination documentation, execute payroll filing, administer employee benefits
• Fleet Controller: Brief/debrief drivers, monitor vehicle costs and driver performance, maintain records, ensure roadworthy fleet
• Service Centre Clerk: Coordinate receiving, storage and dispatch of goods, manage inventory, comply with safety policies
