Sales Account Manager

Join Kempinski’s Villa Rosa Kempinski Nairobi as a Sales Account Manager in the Sales & Marketing team. This fixed-term, full-time role is based onsite in Nairobi, Kenya, with a deadline to apply by 19 July 2026.

Who can apply

What you'll do

• Manage assigned accounts or geographic areas to achieve revenue targets.
• Prospect new accounts and conduct site inspections.
• Follow up on tentative bookings and ensure timely contracting.
• Attend trade shows, sales blitzes, and workshops.
• Assist in defining annual sales action plans and preparing annual budgets.
• Adhere to Kempinski’s Corporate Standard Operating Procedures, Employees Handbook, and health & safety policies.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of competitor sets and Kempinski’s services.
