• Brand & Corporate Communications Manager: Lead brand management, corporate communications, media relations, digital communications and stakeholder engagement to strengthen and protect the Caritas Microfinance Bank brand and corporate reputation.
• Research & Data Analytics Officer: Drive data-informed decision-making by leading market research, data analysis, innovation initiatives and reporting to generate actionable insights for marketing strategy, customer segmentation, campaign effectiveness and business growth.
• Finance Assistant: Support efficient financial operations through timely reconciliations, accounts payable management, financial record maintenance, statutory compliance and financial reporting.
• Relationship Officer – Agribusiness: Develop new business opportunities by proactively marketing agribusiness products to current and prospective clients, acting as the main relationship officer for all agribusiness customers and growing the agribusiness portfolio in the branch.
