Sexual Harassment Lead at British Council

The British Council is recruiting a Sexual Harassment Lead in Nairobi, Kenya, to embed and strengthen the organisation’s response to sexual harassment in line with the amended Equality Act 2010.

What you'll do

• Lead the organisation’s Seven-Point Action Plan and progress through the Five-Stage Maturity Model.
• Develop and implement KPIs and performance measures; analyse incident data and report trends.
• Design and deliver awareness-raising campaigns, training, and briefing sessions for staff and leaders.
• Review and embed policies, procedures, and governance structures aligned with legal requirements and best practice.
• Collaborate with safeguarding, HR, EDI, operational teams, and external partners to ensure a unified approach.
