Who can apply

• HND or Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, specifically handling social media enquiries, social media management, telesales, or similar roles
• Good typing speed and accuracy and ability to speak a local language
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, and email
• Experience with CRM tools, especially Zendesk and Ameyo
• Strong partnership mindset and cross-functional teamwork skills

What you'll do

• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and messages across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
• Engage and qualify prospects, guiding them through the sales journey
• Partner with sales and customer experience teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
• Represent Sun King’s mission and values in every interaction
• Document interactions with detailed call notes, reports, and data logs
• Escalate complex issues and track recurring customer feedback trends
