Senior Product Designer - Design System

Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the creation and maintenance of a scalable design system for its expanding suite of financial products.

What you'll do

• Maintain high standards for layout, typography, colour, spacing, visual hierarchy, and digital finish across reusable elements
• Design, build, and maintain robust component libraries (buttons, inputs, cards, navigation, forms, tables, etc.)
• Define interactive behaviors and state transitions (hover, focus, disabled, loading, mobile behaviors)
• Structure and maintain design tokens (colours, spacing, typography, border-radius, shadows)
• Organize complex variants, properties, and components within Figma to support other designers
