What you'll do

• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate clinical activities
• Ensure quality patient care and maintain professional standards
• Manage staff duties, schedules, and performance
• Report to the Clinical Head and ensure smooth hospital operations
• Enforce infection control measures and maintain hygiene
• Handle patient complaints and promote satisfaction
• Prepare reports and participate in hospital meetings
