Technical Project Manager

Technical Project Manager (CONTRACTOR) is a project leadership role focused on planning, tracking, and delivering workflow and automation initiatives.

What you'll do

• Create and manage detailed project plans with defined timelines and clear milestones.
• Prioritize, assign, and track work to ensure deadlines and goals are met.
• Monitor daily team activities and provide daily support to team members.
• Hold stakeholders accountable for commitments, deadlines, deliverables, and project outcomes.
• Anticipate risks, identify roadblocks, and collaborate with leadership to solve critical issues.
• Track and report on project progress and results.
• Partner with leadership to refine and expand automation and development KPIs.
• Communicate proactively with leadership and provide regular KPI updates.
• Develop, maintain, and standardize SOPs, training guides, and other departmental resources.
• Collaborate with leadership on workflow changes before implementing.
• Assist the RCM Services and IT Services teams as needed.
• Reinforce new processes and department-wide initiatives.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
