What you'll do

• Process and manage HMO claims submitted by patients.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of claims to HMOs.
• Verify patient eligibility and treatment coverage under respective HMO plans.
• Liaise with HMOs, healthcare providers, and patients to resolve claim-related issues.
• Maintain up-to-date records of claims, payments, and reimbursements.
