Who can apply

• Minimum qualification: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Experience: At least 1 year in customer service, support, call center, or a related role
• Excellent written and spoken English

What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and social media
• Handle complaints, questions, and feedback with empathy and efficiency
• Resolve account-related issues or escalate complex cases
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved
• Educate customers about Candy TV’s products, services, and promotions
• Identify recurring concerns and provide feedback to improve experience
• Meet response time and customer satisfaction targets
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless support
