Who can apply

• Finance Analyst: BA/BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; ACA or ACCA is an advantage; 3+ years’ experience, preferably in Accounts Receivable within fintech, technology, or financial services.
• Legal Officer: Nigerian-qualified lawyer with LLB and BL; 3–5 years’ post-call experience; experience in commercial law firms and in-house roles, preferably in regulated businesses such as fintech, payments, or financial services.

What you'll do

• Finance Analyst: Issue invoices, run aging reports, follow up on overdue payments, reconcile AR ledger to bank statements, liaise with Sales/Ops/customers on billing disputes, monitor Days Sales Outstanding, support month-end close, compile financial data, ensure compliance with credit policy and revenue recognition rules, assist with ad-hoc analysis and budgeting, support treasury tasks and tax operations.
• Legal Officer: Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements; conduct legal research; support contract lifecycle management; prepare legal documents; support regulatory-adjacent legal matters; maintain documentation standards; coordinate execution logistics; review AI-assisted legal outputs; provide cross-functional support.
