IOY Opens Applications for 2026–2027 Youth Ambassador Program

Become an IOY Ambassador for the 2026–2027 cohort and spend a year representing the International Organization of Youth and the International Youth Conference on the global stage.

What it offers

• Represent IOY and IYC across your network and community, with opportunities to represent IOY at the United Nations, European Union, World Bank, and other multilateral and international organizations.
• Specialized training sessions throughout the term to build leadership, advocacy, and international operations skills.
• Public speaking training with focused coaching to improve presentation, pitching, and global-stage speaking confidence.
• Hold the official IOY Ambassador 2026–2027 title with a digital credential and a personalized ambassador graphic for use during the term.
• Receive recognition across IYC platforms and access to the IOY network across the UN system and partner institutions.
• Earn a letter of recommendation and a certificate of service at the end of the term for ambassadors in good standing.

Who can apply

• Priority is given to IYC alumni.

How to apply

• Submit an application telling about yourself.
• Applications are reviewed by the IOY team, and selected ambassadors are contacted by email.
• Generate a personalized ambassador graphic by entering your name, uploading a photo, and downloading the graphic (1080 x 1080px) for sharing on social platforms.
