What it offers

• Role profiled at Analyst 8 grade level

Who can apply

• BSc/Degree from a reputable tertiary institution in Management, Accounting, Social Sciences or other business-related disciplines
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, AIIN, PM or equivalent
• MBA is an advantage
• 2–4 years of professional experience in a related position

What you'll do

• Develop or customize a CFR Matrix and calculate campaign sample size
• Prepare campaign documentation and analyse results for stakeholders
• Organize focus groups with claims teams to identify process improvements
• Set up fraud indicators and conduct investigations as needed
• Perform quarterly Quality Assurance reviews on claims paid and present findings
• Follow up on improvement action plans and report progress
• Assist with forecasting leakage evolution and Quality Improvement projects
• Support claims management across Property & Casualty, Life & Savings, and Health lines of business
