What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (vendor, supplier, partnership, service agreements, NDAs, consultancy agreements).
• Advise on legal, commercial, and reputational risks of new business partnerships and third-party engagements.
• Maintain contract repositories, track key dates, and support standardization of templates and playbooks.
• Manage intellectual property portfolio (patents, trademarks, copyrights) and advise on IP strategy.
• Organize board meetings, draft resolutions, minutes, and shareholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with corporate laws, file annual returns, maintain statutory registers, and coordinate meetings.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business.
• Design and maintain internal legal and compliance policies, conduct compliance risk assessments, and support audits.
• Protect the company against legal and regulatory risks by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across the Group.
