Who can apply

• University degree (required)
• Minimum 2+ years’ hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
• Certified ITIL (required)
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (desirable)
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, CI management, data quality, relationship mapping, core modules, implementations, configuration, and platform support
• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow within ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, Mobile App & Service Portal designer, and scoped applications
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, XML, JSON) desirable but not essential

What you'll do

• Configure, customize, and administer the ServiceNow instance
• Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure scheduled jobs and feeds work as desired
• Perform routine updates and patches for security and stability
• Conduct access reviews and monitor license counts for compliance
• Maintain the incoming queue, address user queries, and troubleshoot within SLAs
• Maintain testing procedures and certify applications after changes or integrations
• Design and implement automation workflows to streamline business processes
• Work with stakeholders to translate process requirements into ServiceNow workflows
• Collaborate with consultants, third-party vendors, and internal teams on development, design, and integrations
• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures
• Assist in promoting and adopting ServiceNow through requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and monthly training sessions
• Implement and enforce security best practices
• Contribute to continual service improvement plans and provide regular updates
• Participate in on-call rota and may be required to work overtime or overseas
