• People Management Administrator (Germiston): Matric + National Certificate + 2 years HR experience
• Training Officer (Port Elizabeth): Matric + 5 years in cleaning/hygiene + Facilitator/Assessor Certificate + valid SA driver’s licence
• General Manager Operations (Cape Town): Bachelor’s degree or equivalent + Matric + 5 years’ experience

What you'll do

• People Management Administrator: Conduct MIE checks, schedule interviews, maintain confidential employee records, assist with payroll and onboarding, and interview junior managers.
• Training Officer: Assess training needs, design and deliver cleaning-industry programmes, evaluate effectiveness, and maintain compliance records.
• General Manager Operations: Set strategic objectives, manage budgets, recruit and mentor staff, ensure SLA compliance, and conduct site inspections.
