  • Short-form video creation
  • Social media management across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube
  • Social media algorithms and best practices
  • Basic photo and video editing
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience managing business social media accounts
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar scheduling tools
  • Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Canva AI

What you'll do

• Create daily content for all Vauxmart social media platforms
• Design graphics and write captions that educate, engage, and convert
• Produce short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube Shorts
• Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar
• Schedule and publish posts across all platforms
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team
• Monitor social media trends and recommend creative ideas
• Ensure content aligns with Vauxmart brand identity
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, product launches, and announcements
• Monitor content performance and prepare weekly and monthly analytics reports
• Suggest strategies to improve audience growth and engagement
