What you'll do

• Create and publish engaging digital content (graphics, videos, reels, captions, promotional materials) across social media platforms
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and business objectives
• Repurpose content into multiple formats to maximize reach and engagement
• Manage content calendars, scheduling, and daily social media publishing
• Monitor audience engagement by responding to comments, messages, and online interactions
• Track content performance and prepare reports on engagement, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness
• Develop scripts, captions, hooks, and calls-to-action for marketing campaigns and digital content
• Contribute creative ideas and storytelling concepts to support brand and marketing initiatives
• Support the execution of digital marketing strategies, influencer collaborations, and audience growth campaigns
• Monitor industry trends and platform updates to optimize content performance
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives
