Business Development Manager at Proforce Intelligence Systems

Proforce Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its cybersecurity market presence in Abuja, Nigeria.

What it offers

• Full-time position based in Abuja with frequent travel within and outside Nigeria
• Salary range: ₦400,000 – ₦500,000 per month

Who can apply

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any Business or IT-related field (MBA is an advantage)
• Experience: Minimum of 3–4 years in business development, preferably in cybersecurity, ICT, or defense technology
• Age: Should be less than 30 years of age
• Skills: Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and market dynamics, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

What you'll do

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand cybersecurity market presence
• Identify and pursue new clients within government agencies, defense institutions, and private organizations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Lead proposal development, bids, and contract negotiations
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
• Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client needs
