Who can apply

• Experience: 6–8 years in Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing or Integrated Marketing Communications; 3–5 years in a leadership role; 2–5 years digital marketing agency experience
• Preferred: Experience within financial services or another regulated industry; professional certifications such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, CIM or CDMP are desirable
• Technical skills: Digital Marketing Strategy, Website Management (CMS), SEO, SEM, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, Web Analytics, Conversion Rate Optimisation, Landing Page Optimisation, Digital Media Planning, Campaign Measurement, Data Analytics, Basic HTML/CSS, UX/UI Appreciation

What you'll do

• Develop and implement the Bank's enterprise-wide digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead integrated digital campaigns across paid, owned and earned media
• Own website strategy, governance, optimisation and customer experience
• Drive SEO, SEM and web optimisation initiatives
• Lead content marketing strategy in collaboration with Brand and Corporate Communications
• Manage performance marketing across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms
• Establish digital analytics dashboards and campaign reporting
• Drive marketing automation and CRM-enabled engagement initiatives
• Ensure regulatory compliance and brand consistency across digital platforms
• Lead and develop the Digital Marketing team while collaborating across business units
