• Full-time role based in Lagos
• Salary range: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 per month

Who can apply

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field
• Experience: 2 – 4 years of proven sales and business development experience
• Sector experience: Demonstrated experience in at least one of Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Commercial Sales, Retail, FMCG, or B2B Business Development
• Track record: Verifiable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets

What you'll do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and field activities
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to promote products, properties, and services
• Prepare professional sales proposals, quotations, and tailored business presentations
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, corporate organisations, investors, distributors, property buyers, and stakeholders
• Execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and market penetration
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports
