LOPTERRA is seeking a Sales & e-Commerce Officer to manage business operations, drive sales, and support e-commerce activities in Lagos, Nigeria.

What it offers

• Full-time position in Lagos City, Ikeja
• Salary range: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 per month
• Work schedule: Monday – Saturday

Who can apply

• Qualification: B.Sc preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience: At least 1 year in e-commerce, sales, store/warehouse operations, or a related field
• Required skills:
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, inventory management systems, and digital marketing tools
  • Experience creating and implementing sales strategies
  • Understanding of order fulfillment, customer service, and third-party logistics (3PL)

What you'll do

• Develop and implement sales strategies, including cross-sell and up-sell initiatives
• Manage customer satisfaction through timely, accurate product delivery via 3PL
• Create business growth initiatives and new product development communications
• Oversee inventory and replenishment management (online & offline)
• Maintain online presence and digital marketing efforts
• Follow up on outstanding payments and negotiate transactions
• Prepare and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Ensure lean operations and maintain professional customer relationships
