HiiT Plc is seeking a Marketing & Customer Relations Officer to support its Abuja branch’s sales and brand goals.

Who can apply

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any Social Sciences field
• Grade: At least 2/2 from an approved tertiary institution
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Marketing and Customer Relations Management in a corporate environment
• Sector knowledge: Generic understanding of the Nigerian ICT Education Sector
• Location: Must be resident in Abuja or environs; open to recent NYSC graduates or those seeking PPA

What you'll do

• Manage CRM functions and support collection, collation, and analysis of prospects and customer data
• Sustain and improve brand reputation
• Support branch marketing and sales goals/objectives
• Assist with lead generation and conversion
• Core competencies required: ICT and social media savvy, marketing/sales skills, intermediate MS Word and Excel, good written and verbal communication, excellent work ethics and integrity, creativity and problem-solving skills
