Who can apply

• Minimum education: High School Diploma, Technical School graduate, or equivalent vocational training.
• Certification: Valid, industry-recognized Crane Operator License (e.g., NCCO, CITB, or equivalent local regulatory certificate).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years operating tower cranes, with 2–3 years specifically in large-scale oil & gas infrastructure or heavy industrial construction.

What you'll do

• Operate tower crane controls to lift, move, and position structural frameworks, heavy equipment, pipes, and bulk materials.
• Conduct daily and pre-shift inspections of crane components (cabin controls, brakes, wire ropes, hooks, limit switches, structural anchors) and log results.
• Monitor safety instruments (Load Moment Indicators, wind speed anemometers, anti-collision systems) and report faults immediately.
• Calculate crane capacities and weight factors before lifts; shut down operations if weather thresholds are violated.
• Adhere to site-specific HSE rules, Permitted Work systems, and participate in daily safety meetings and JSAs.
• Maintain zero incidents, ensure equipment uptime, and complete lifts within construction timelines without compromising safety.
