Head of Finance

The Head of Finance position is a full-time management role based in Kenya, with the application deadline set for January 31, 2027. This role involves strategic financial leadership, oversight of financial planning, budgeting, compliance, reporting, and risk management across the organization’s operations. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or Business Administration) and mandatory professional qualifications, including CPA (K) and active ICPAK membership. Five years of progressive finance experience, with at least three years in a supervisory role, is required. Additional qualifications like ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or certifications in corporate governance/risk management are considered an advantage.⁠​‌‌​‌​​‌​​​​​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌​⁠
