CFAO Healthcare Cameroun is hiring a Responsable Ressources Humaines based in Cameroon. This role involves aligning HR strategy with the company’s business goals, managing social affairs, payroll systems, and ensuring strong employee relations. The position emphasizes collaboration with senior management, operational teams, and external partners to drive HR initiatives, including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws.
