Area Sales Manager, South East

JTI is hiring an Area Sales Manager to lead sales and distribution across Nigeria’s South East region, driving volume growth, managing distributor relationships, and coaching a team of five.

What it offers

Who can apply

• 3–5 years of in-house JTI experience in sales, distribution, or channel management.
• Experience implementing consumer and trade marketing plans.

What you'll do

• Deliver volume and market share growth while reporting challenges.
• Manage distributor staff to execute brand launches, route-to-market plans, and pricing strategies.
• Build relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and HORECA owners.
• Coach, develop, and motivate a team of five JTI sales personnel across multiple states.
• Conduct audits on stock availability and competitive activity.
• Navigate external factors like taxation, trade pricing, legal, and corporate relations.
