Software Development Supervisor

The Software Development Supervisor role at Rayacx in Egypt involves leading the technical implementation of digital transformation initiatives. This includes analyzing business requirements, designing and documenting specifications (SRS/HLD/LLD), and scaling new technologies such as Omni Channels, social media platforms, analytics, robotics, and self-service/IVR systems. The supervisor will oversee internal automation projects, ensure quality through UAT, and collaborate with stakeholders, providers, and system houses.
