UNDP Cabo Verde is seeking an International Consultant (Team Leader) to lead the Mid-Term Review (MTR) of the GEF-funded biodiversity governance project in Cabo Verde. This role involves evaluating project performance, conducting stakeholder consultations, and preparing a detailed report with recommendations. The assignment spans 60 workdays from November 2026 to January 2027, including field missions to Cabo Verde’s regions of Santiago, Boa Vista, and Santo Antão.
