  • At least 5 years of professional experience in HR.
  • Age under 35.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and payroll taxation.
  • Proficiency with HR operational tools, SAGEPAYE software, and reporting.
• Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with social audits.
  • Project management skills.
  • Continuous improvement and quality planning.
  • HR certifications are an asset.

What you'll do

• Implement HR procedures and ensure legal compliance.
• Support career path development and performance management.
• Process payroll and maintain employee records.
• Draft and update job descriptions.
• Conduct legal and social monitoring to maintain a positive work environment.
• Organize social activities and internal communication.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding.
• Handle disciplinary matters and routine HR administration.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on rights and obligations.
• Manage social benefits, occupational health, and health insurance.
• Produce HR dashboards and reports.
