AFG Bank Cameroun is recruiting five permanent, full-time roles in its Douala Corporate Banking division. Three distinct positions are open: one Head of SME Service and two each of Corporate Account Manager and SME Account Manager.

What it offers

• CDI (permanent) contracts under Cadre status in Douala.
• Positions: 1 Chef Service PME, 2 Gestionnaires Grandes Entreprises, 2 Gestionnaires PME.

Who can apply

• Chef Service PME: Bac+5 in Banking & Finance, Business Management, Control, Marketing or equivalent (ITB level II accepted) plus at least 5 years’ commercial experience, ideally in banking.
• Gestionnaires Grandes Entreprises: Minimum Bac+4 in Banking, Finance, Business or Marketing (ITB level II accepted) plus 5 years’ Corporate account management experience; bilingual French/English is a strong asset.
• Gestionnaires PME: Minimum Bac+4 in Banking & Finance, Business or Marketing (ITB level II accepted) plus 5 years’ SME account management experience; bilingual French/English is a strong asset.

What you'll do

• Chef Service PME: Develop and deploy the SME strategy, structure competitive offers, manage a portfolio, set and monitor budgets, enforce risk policy, lead a team and report to senior management.
• Gestionnaires Grandes Entreprises: Prospect and manage a portfolio of large corporates and financial institutions, structure bespoke financing, ensure regulatory compliance (LCB-FT), negotiate terms and handle amicable recovery.
• Gestionnaires PME: Prospect SMEs, structure short/medium-term credit lines, analyse financials, apply risk policies, monitor budgets, produce activity reports and manage arrears.
