Union Bank of Cameroon Plc is hiring for four permanent roles at its Dschang branch, open to internal and external candidates.

What it offers

• Account Relationship Officer (ARO) – 1 permanent position managing profitability of SME and corporate client portfolios, handling daily banking needs, credit requests, compliance updates, and savings product mobilization.
• Gestionnaire de Comptes, Entreprises – 1 permanent position developing and monitoring profitability of SME and corporate portfolios, collecting resources, selling simple products, ensuring compliance, and managing first-level risk and commercial recovery.
• Branch Manager – 1 permanent position responsible for overall branch performance, team leadership, sales targets, risk control, community relations, and regular reporting to management.
• Chef d’Agence – 1 permanent position overseeing all Dschang branch activities, managing profitability, commercial animation, team supervision, branch operations, security, risk control, and client acquisition strategies.

Who can apply

• Account Relationship Officer (ARO) – Bac+4 in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Sales or Management; at least 3 years of client portfolio management experience, including 2 years in a similar banking or financial institution role; proficiency in MS Office; FINACLE and AMPLITUDE knowledge is an asset; bilingual French/English is an asset.
• Gestionnaire de Comptes, Entreprises – Minimum Bac+4 in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Commercial Action or Management; at least 3 years in portfolio management, including 2 years in a similar role within a bank or reputable MFIs; integrity, rigor, commercial acumen, and listening skills; MS Office proficiency; FINACLE and AMPLITUDE knowledge is an asset.
• Branch Manager – Master or equivalent in Marketing, Finance, Management, Banking or Financial Law; 3 to 5 years minimum as a branch manager in a bank or MFI; proven commercial target achievement and strong team leadership; deep understanding of Cameroonian financial market and regulations.
• Chef d’Agence – Bac+5 or equivalent in Marketing, Finance, Management, Banking Law or related fields; 3 to 5 years minimum as a branch director or manager in a bank or MFI; strong interpersonal skills, team influence, honesty, integrity, analytical ability, spreadsheet mastery, and knowledge of local regulatory requirements.
