What it offers

• One permanent contract (CDI) position in the Marketing & Customer Experience Department in Douala.

Who can apply

• Minimum qualification: BACC+4/5 in Marketing, Business School, or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 5 years in marketing, with banking experience as an asset.
• Key skills:
  • Proven mastery of banking marketing (marketing mix, segmentation, pricing, profitability).
  • Strong digital culture.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional and complex projects.
  • Excellent data analysis skills (KPIs, campaign profitability).
  • Fluency in French and English is an asset.

What you'll do

• Design, budget, and deploy the annual marketing plan aligned with the bank’s strategic goals and local market specifics.
• Lead the innovation, design, launch, and optimization of banking products (accounts, packages, credit offers, electronic payments) and ensure profitability and competitive pricing.
• Develop acquisition, equipment, and activation strategies for online banking, mobile apps, and messaging services (alerts, transactions).
• Analyze trends in the African financial market, conduct competitive intelligence, and lead customer satisfaction studies.
• Collaborate with Communication and branch network to create impactful 360° campaigns and sales tools (pitches, PLV, product sheets).
• Manage, evaluate, and develop your team to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
