Country Director Mozambique

SolidarMed is hiring a full-time Country Director to lead its health programmes in Pemba, Mozambique, from 1 August 2026 for at least three years.

• Candidates with a proven track record in public health and humanitarian/emergency response
• Experience in locally led development and health systems strengthening

What you'll do

• Lead strategic planning and programme quality for SolidarMed’s Mozambique operations
• Oversee human resources, financial management, and resource acquisition
• Develop and execute a country strategy aligned with local context and global priorities
• Manage staff recruitment, performance, and talent development
• Coordinate closely with ministries and stakeholders to ensure effective health outcomes
