Agent d'entretien / de nettoyage temporaire (H/F)

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is recruiting for a temporary cleaning and maintenance position in Douala, Cameroon.

What it offers

• One-month contract starting 1 July 2026
• Classification: Bande 1
• Main tasks include cleaning offices, meeting rooms, kitchens, terraces, corridors and toilets; emptying bins; dusting furniture and IT equipment; running office errands; washing office linen; preparing refreshments for visitors and meetings; supporting administrative and finance teams

Who can apply

• Minimum qualification: BEPC (Brevet d’études du premier cycle) or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Strongly preferred: experience in hospitality/decoration or secretarial work, knowledge of Bangui
• Required personal attributes: excellent physical stamina, strict adherence to hygiene and safety rules, strong organisation, discipline, politeness, punctuality and discretion, ability to work under pressure with speed, care and honesty
• Language: good French and/or English
