Programmes Manager - Conservation and Rural Livelihoods (Madagascar)

SEED Madagascar is seeking a motivated Programmes Manager to lead conservation and rural livelihoods initiatives in Madagascar, offering early-career professionals a chance to shape impactful, evidence-based programmes.

What it offers

• Location: Fort Dauphin, Anosy Region, Madagascar
• Contract duration: Minimum 2 years
• Probationary period: 3 months
• Terms: Local salary plus £1,200 contribution to flights and £650 to insurance

Who can apply

What you'll do

• Design and develop livelihood and conservation projects aligned with SEED’s strategy
• Create project frameworks (e.g., Log Frames, Theory of Change) and donor proposals
• Conduct research on best practices and funding opportunities
• Lead grant writing, reporting, and programme evaluation
• Manage teams and partnerships to strengthen SEED’s work
