Who can apply

• Citizens or permanent residents of Malawi
• Bachelor’s degree in Auditing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• 2 years of experience in auditing or operations
• Fluency in English and Chichewa (written and verbal)

What you'll do

• Lead stock variance investigations and recovery efforts
• Ensure accurate stock recording, transfers, and valuation across shops
• Coordinate replenishment processes and track internal SLAs
• Train shop teams on stock-management SOPs and improve data accuracy
• Support monthly stock-takes and analyze stock movement patterns
• Act as the primary compliance contact and collaborate with external partners
