A short-term consultancy to support Ghana’s critical minerals policy reform and governance mechanism creation.

What it offers

• 65 working days of consultancy services over 5 months to:
  • Facilitate the review of the Minerals and Mining Act, 2006 (Act 703) and its subsidiary Legislative Instruments to strengthen provisions related to critical minerals.
  • Facilitate the creation of a Multi-stakeholder Critical Minerals Governance Mechanism (CMGM).

Who can apply

• Suppliers registered in the UNDP Quantum Supplier Portal.
• New suppliers may register via the Supplier Registration link.

How to apply

• Access the negotiation using the reference number UNDP-GHA-00534 in the UNDP Quantum Supplier Portal.
• Submit the proposal directly in the portal no later than 09-Jul-26 @ 12:30 PM (New York time).
• Any clarification requests must be sent in writing via the portal’s messaging functionality.
• Do not create a new profile if one already exists; use the “forgotten password” feature if needed.
