Who can apply

• Nigerian graduates aged 18–27 years
• Awaiting NYSC posting, currently serving, or completed NYSC within the last six months
• Available for the full duration of the program
• Willing to travel at own cost if selected for physical participation
• Open to graduates from all disciplines

What you'll do

• Learn core business principles and ethical leadership
• Participate in business case studies and practical learning exercises
• Develop leadership and management skills
• Network with alumni and industry professionals
• Deliver a community impact project through the ViMP CSR initiative

How to apply

• Phase I: Complete and submit the online application form
• Phase II: Shortlisted applicants participate in interviews conducted via Zoom
• Phase III: Successful candidates complete onboarding requirements and pay the commitment fee

• Commitment fee: ₦10,000 for physical participation; ₦5,000 for virtual participation
