Who can apply

• Dynamic and motivated Architectural Draughtsperson / Architectural Technologist
• Proficiency in architectural drawing software such as TurboCAD and/or AutoCAD
• Experience in 3D drafting, SketchUp, and knowledge of CADDIE 9
• Sound knowledge of SANS 10400 codes and building regulations
• Ability to complete SANS 10400 forms accurately and in full for municipal submissions
• Experience with electronic submission of building plans to local authorities via Collaborator
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients and local authorities
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
• SACAP registration as an Architectural Draughtsperson / Architectural Technologist will be advantageous

What you'll do

• Prepare architectural drawings and documents
• Complete SANS 10400 forms for municipal submissions
• Submit building plans electronically to local authorities via Collaborator
• Communicate with clients and local authorities
