Concours des Instituts de Formation Hôtelière et Touristique 2026/2027

The Ministère du Tourisme, de l'Artisanat et de l'Économie Sociale et Solidaire opens competitive entry to three Moroccan hotel and tourism institutes for the 2026–2027 academic year.

What it offers

• Three training levels, each lasting 2 years:
  • Technicien Spécialisé (TS): open to baccalaureate holders or holders of a Technicien Hôtelier et Touristique diploma.
  • Technicien: open to candidates who have completed the second year of baccalaureate or hold a Qualification diploma in hospitality.
  • Qualification: open to those who have completed the third year of collège or hold a Specialisation diploma.
• Training is delivered in-person or via apprenticeship.

Who can apply

• Age limit: 30 years calculated on 6 October 2026.
• Touarga institute: exclusively for girls and has no boarding facilities.

What you'll do

• Study one of the listed specialities at one of the three institutes:
  • Ouarzazate: TS specialities include Gestion et contrôle des opérations en tourisme/hôtellerie, Tourisme et réputation électronique, Gestion et ingénierie de la restauration, Cuisine marocaine traditionnelle, Promotion et marketing des produits du terroir; Technicien specialities include Cuisine, Service de restauration.
  • Tanger: TS specialities include Hôtellerie internationale de luxe, Tourisme d'affaires et événementiel, Management de la qualité, Gestion des destinations touristiques, Gestion et ingénierie de la restauration, Assistant direction d'hébergement; Technicien specialities include Cuisine, Art culinaire méditerranéen, Pâtisserie-boulangerie, Service de restauration.
  • Touarga: TS speciality Cuisine marocaine traditionnelle; Technicien specialities Cuisine, Pâtisserie-boulangerie; Qualification speciality Agent de restauration (Restauration traditionnelle).

How to apply

1. Complete the online application form.
2. Upload the following scanned PDF documents:
   • An extract of birth certificate and a legalised copy of the National Identity Card (CIN).
   • A passport photo.
   • For TS: a copy of the baccalaureate or Technicien diploma.
   • For Technicien: a school certificate for the second year of baccalaureate (original for public, legalised for private) or a copy of the Qualification diploma.
   • For Qualification: a school certificate for the third year of collège (original for public, legalised for private) or a copy of the Specialisation diploma.

Good to know

• Application deadline: 14 July 2026.
• Written tests will take place from 16 to 29 July 2026.
• Results will be published on the institutes’ websites: www.istahttanger.ma, www.istahtouarzazate.ma, and www.istahttouarga.ma.
