The Coalition for Good Schools Young Leaders Fellowship 2026

The Coalition for Good Schools Young Leaders Fellowship 2026 is a one-year programme for young leaders from the Global South who are working to prevent violence against children in and through schools.

What it offers

• Leadership development through honest conversations, reflection, and confidence-building as a global leader.
• Opportunities to participate in shaping the field via conferences, policy briefs, and expert seminars.
• One in-person convening for the cohort during the year.
• Continuous learning with applied modules on pitching, compliance, recruiting, and personnel management.
• Coaching on your initiative with structured analysis by experienced practitioners.
• Field exposure to understand the violence prevention ecosystem and build a credible presence.
• A community of practice where fellows work together on real challenges or innovations in their work.

Who can apply

• Young leaders from the Global South, aged 18 to 35 at the time of application.
• Based in and working in a Global South country.
• Leading or contributing meaningfully to an active initiative on preventing violence against children in and through schools.
• Able to participate fully in English.
• Able to commit to a distributed, virtual cohort with regular sessions across time zones and attend the in-person convening.
