ALDELIA is recruiting a Director General to lead its higher-education and telecom school network in Burkina Faso.

• Leadership role directing and coordinating all school activities under the authority of the Council of Ministers and Board of Directors.

What you'll do

• Implement the strategic, social and financial policies set by the Councils.
• Define and implement the pedagogical policy.
• Set and monitor annual objectives for departments.
• Manage integrated training programmes.
• Prepare and execute the annual budget in line with Board guidance.
• Ensure financial balance, asset management and regulatory compliance.
• Develop a performance-oriented management culture.
